| Leadbitter wins Merlin Quay contract |

The Leadbitter Group has won a £1 million contract to construct a new office development at Merlin Quay in Southampton, on behalf of Surrey-based property company, Merlin Real Estate.
The two-storey building, which will be erected on the former Vestas factory site, will be constructed as a steel framed, open plan office block. With a central entrance reception and airy design, the development will enhance the already successful commercial area.
Work began on site in January and is expected to be complete in late 2011. The scheme will be built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard. |
